Almond Flour Cookies

Quick, easy and delicious almond flour cookies
Makes 8
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
¼ tsp baking soda
Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350
Mix wet ingredients in a medium sized bowl, add dry ingredients
Scoop on to baking tray using 1 tbsp measuring spook
Bake for 8 - 10 mins
