Almond Flour Cookies

Quick, easy and delicious almond flour cookies

Makes 8 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • Pinch of Himalayan sea salt

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350

  • Mix wet ingredients in a medium sized bowl, add dry ingredients 

  • Scoop on to baking tray using 1 tbsp measuring spook

  • Bake for 8 - 10 mins
